Part of the Ruby Hotels group, now under IHG, Luna leans fully into a 1950s space-race aesthetic — starburst motifs, a spacecraft-inspired bar ceiling, self-check-in screens instead of a front desk queue. Rooms are soundproofed with pocket-spring mattresses and rainfall showers; the 13th-floor Observatory bar and rooftop Lunar Dunes courtyard are the reasons to linger rather than just sleep here.
Genuinely good value against the location — steps from the Kö, the Altstadt and the Rhine — with rooms that read more boutique-luxury than the price suggests.
